I didn’t go to law school intending to become an immigration attorney, but after working in the field, I realized immigration law allows me to do the two things I’m most passionate about: Helping people and solving complex problems.
Before getting my law degree at Southern Methodist University, I worked for a few years as a legislative aide in the U.S. House of Representatives where I focused on issues including financial reform, immigration, education, and labor.
I’m a native of Indianapolis, Indiana, though I now call Dallas, Texas, home. Before joining Alcorn Immigration Law, I primarily worked with corporate clients in all areas of business immigration law. I’m excited to work with the Alcorn team and serve our clients as they pursue their dreams. I’m looking forward to growing with them.
When I’m not working, I enjoy reading, particularly history and biographies, and spending time outdoors with my wife and Dallas, our Beagle. I’m an avid college basketball fan. Purdue and my alma mater, SMU, are the teams I’m most passionate about.
