With over a decade of experience in immigration law, Kellen Powell excels in handling PERM filings and non-immigrant visas, achieving consistent success for his clients. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Kellen excels at client service and is happy to dig into those tricky situations to offer solutions and see clients through to victory!
Kellen served in the U.S. Army for over a decade with many overseas deployments including to Iraq where he organized a school supply drive to help local kids. Experiences like these helped inspire his passion for immigration law.
Family is his top priority—he’s married to a fellow immigration attorney and has two children who keep him laughing. An avid soccer fan of the US and Portland Timbers, Kellen also enjoys gardening, especially growing roses, a passion rooted in his farm upbringing.
