I am an immigration attorney focused on helping individuals and businesses navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law, with a primary emphasis on employment-based visas and green cards. I provide clear, practical guidance and a supportive approach to help clients achieve their immigration goals.
My extensive experience spans a wide range of clients—from founders and startups to small businesses and Fortune 100 companies—across industries like software, biotech, hardware, fintech, and more. I regularly support and advise on work visa strategies and green card options beyond PERM, including EB-1 and EB-2 NIW petitions.
I also assist with naturalization, family-based immigration, and humanitarian relief such as asylum and TPS, and I remain committed to pro bono work within my community. Immigration is not just my profession—it’s personal. My husband is an immigrant from India, and my mother is a naturalized citizen from Canada, giving me a deep appreciation for the immigration journey.
I hold a J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law and a B.A. in History from the University of Michigan, where I focused on Islamic and Museum Studies. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, cooking, and listening to history podcasts.
